Projects — In development
What I’m building right now
Three products of my own, each at a different stage. All of them run today — open one, try it, and tell me where it falls short.
Reading the stage markers
- Concept
- Designed and scoped, not yet public.
- Test build
- Public on a test subdomain. It changes often and its data may be reset between visits, so treat it as a demonstration rather than a reference.
- Live
- Stable, on its production address, and maintained.
Security Hub
Home security posture advisor
Most households pay twice for the same protection — once through a carrier plan, an ISP router, or a credit card, and again for a standalone suite bought at an intro price that can triple at renewal. Security Hub starts from the coverage a household already has, fills only the real gaps, and prices the plan at both the intro and the renewal rate.
It runs entirely in the browser. There is no account, no cookie, and no server that sees the answers — the site’s Content Security Policy sets connect-src 'none', so the page could not send them anywhere if it tried.
What works today
- The advisor: devices, adult and child seats, carrier, router VPN support, and budget in; a priced, deduplicated plan out
- Side-by-side comparisons of password managers, all-in-one suites, VPNs, and antivirus, at intro and renewal price
- A reviews page that sets App Store ratings against Trustpilot, scored on an eight-category rubric
- A sales page that shows what each discount renews at once it ends
- Governance research: where each parent company is incorporated, and what that jurisdiction can compel it to disclose

Club and team management for a sports network
One portal for a whole network of clubs. Every club gets a public team site, and everyone involved — administrators, coaches, players, parents, and officials — works from one shared master calendar, set of rosters, standings table, and tournament hub.
Visitors can browse everything read-only without signing in. Beyond that, access is role-based across nine more roles, from super admin and club admin through coach, player, and parent to tournament referee and medic.
What works today
- Public team sites for each club, with a searchable directory
- A master calendar across every club, with an iCal feed for phone and desktop calendars
- League standings, and a tournament hub with referee and pitch assignments
- Player lookup and team news
- Team chat with youth safeguards, plus dues and sponsor tracking
- Role
- Concept, design, and build
- Stack
- React and Vite, over its own API for teams, players, and calendars
- Hosting
- Cloudflare

Forced-induction build planner
It bills itself as the honest build planner for forced-induction platforms, and the honesty is the point. Set a horsepower goal, or check off the parts already on the car — both routes feed the same calculated path from stock, including the supporting mods the build needs and what skipping them costs.
Risks are tiered by consequence rather than listed: will break, shortens life, and know this, each priced as a preventive cost against a failure cost, with a cited source. Anything in the will-break tier has to be acknowledged before the plan continues. The first platform is BMW’s B58, in the G20 M340i.
What works today
- Goal-first and inventory-first planning, feeding one build path
- Tiered risk warnings with preventive and failure costs, and their sources
- A parts catalog with budget, mid-tier, and premium options, power gains, and labor estimates
- A dyno visualizer overlaying stock, current-build, and goal curves
- Parts care: service intervals and common owner mistakes, from the manufacturers
- Sections for vetted tuners, and for sound and exhaust
- Role
- Concept, research, design, and build
- Stack
- React and Vite, Recharts for the dyno curves, Supabase
- Hosting
- Cloudflare

Tried one of them?
Bug reports, feature requests, and “this confused me” notes are all useful. If you run a club, plan car builds, or want a second opinion on your household’s security spend, I’d especially like to hear how these hold up.
